We love our city! This is the ethos behind Liverpool City Transformation, and once a year we gather our teams, participating churches and community groups to celebrate Liverpool with a community event in Bigge Park, Liverpool, called Love Your City Day.
Our annual event is a celebration of God’s destiny for our city, but also a day of very practical ministry where we love our city in very practical ways!
Teams come together to clean up parks, minister to the homeless, worship in our city’s main park (Bigge Park), preach the gospel, do street ministry, provide healing prayer, give away free food, provide a KidZone for face painting and other games and a jumping castle, proclaim the gospel to our city, and demonstrate the unity that is possible when Christians come together.
