If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
We believe that prophetic prayer and intercession are extremely important elements within the transformation of a city.Whereas intercessors are those who stand in the gap and press in to bring that which is on their hearts to God, we come as prophetic intercessors to wait on God for His heart. We don’t pray until we hear from Him. We want to stand in agreement with His desires. More than simply asking Him, we come to declare His Word, His will and His heart over our city. We speak for Him through our intercession.
An intercession group meets every Monday, alternating between day and night time slots, to allow a variety of people to come together. We come from different local churches to pray specifically for Liverpool City Transformation, with no agenda but to listen to God’s heart and to pray into those things He speaks to us as we press in to see the fulfilment of His promises for our city and to see His Kingdom come in the Liverpool LGA.
